We have been customers of Andy's since 2020. We typically utilize several appointments each year. I think each technician that has come to our residence knows the irrigation business inside and out. The difference in some of them is how they interact with the customer. Some seem to just want to do their job and then move on to the next job. One gets the impression that "questions" just slows that process down. Other technicians will provide information only if you ask. Jesus was the TOTALLY OPPOSITE of all of the above. He explained what they were doing, the process they would go through, and if I walked up to him and his partner with questions, He Would Take Time To Answer Them. I would say in 4 years this was the best visit in my understanding what the problem was and how it would be fixed that I have ever had with this company.
Jr. came out to help me repair a leak in my sprinkler system. He was knowledgeable and got the job done right! I would highly recommend Andy's and ask for Jr.
Arturo (ART) was excellent. We have used Andy's now for three years based on recommendations from neighbors. The owner of the previous company we used at another location retired and sold the business. I was not impressed with the new owners. We have had varying degrees of satisfaction with Andy's. Some technicians have been excellent. Some less so not because they do not know their job. They are either uncomfortable talking in-depth to customers or just don't know how. It's Called Customer Service Art Gets That!!!!! He took time to answer every question we had even if it meant walking from one side of the property to the other. Art actually took care of some minor issues that a previous technician was supposed to do but he never came back. Art can come to our property anytime!!!
Very punctual and professional. They were very efficient in identifying and repairing the problems. I am very pleased with their service
I've had several ANDY'S crews to this location. All have been very good at what they do but Arturo is not only good at his craft, he knows how to explain the technical aspects of the job to persons that do not possess that technical knowledge. He kept me informed on every facet of this job in a manner that I fully understood and what I did not understand he was more than willing to take the time to further explain it. A trait it would not hurt all ANDY'S crews to possess.
