We have been customers of Andy's since 2020. We typically utilize several appointments each year. I think each technician that has come to our residence knows the irrigation business inside and out. The difference in some of them is how they interact with the customer. Some seem to just want to do their job and then move on to the next job. One gets the impression that "questions" just slows that process down. Other technicians will provide information only if you ask. Jesus was the TOTALLY OPPOSITE of all of the above. He explained what they were doing, the process they would go through, and if I walked up to him and his partner with questions, He Would Take Time To Answer Them. I would say in 4 years this was the best visit in my understanding what the problem was and how it would be fixed that I have ever had with this company.

May I please take a minute of your time to tell you of the excellent Customer Service given to me today by Danny Grey. First of all, he is very polite and friendly. Danny is professional and knowledgable. He asked all of the "right" questions to fully determine my concerns, needs and desires. We had a problem and when Danny left our home, our issues were resolved completely and quickly. He was upfront on all pricing and honest. In my opinion, he should be in a Management position where he can be teaching, guiding and responsible for his own team under him. In my opinion, he has all of the qualities of a First Class Manager in his field. This is Danny's second time to be at our home in the last 30 days and both times he did a fantastic job of helping us. Arturo was very knowledgeable about the sprinkler system and almost immediately knew what the problem was. He and his assistant had the system up and running very quickly, examined each station and marked problems. They then corrected all of the problems prior to leaving.

Art did a thorough inspection of my sprinkler system. He provided two estimates- one for something that had to be done and a second with recommendations of what should be done. At this property I did a complete sprinkler evaluation of known issues and repairs.
At this property I replaced 10 sprinkler heads that were low throughout the property.
After a pool was put in the backyard irrigation at this property needing revamping.
Checked the irrigation system for proper coverage. Replaced many sprinkler heads that were low are leaking. Also fixed drip irrigation that was leaking in this system.
Retired connections and changed nozzle for better coverage
At this appointment I help the customer check one of the drip zones on the right side of the house for a leak. There were three locations that the drip line needed to be repaired. Everything is working fine now.
