Todd was running a little early and called ahead to see if I was available ahead of the scheduled window. I appreciated his communication. It was clear from our conversation that he is highly experienced. After carefully listening to my description of the problem and what I had considered already, he was able to quickly track down the issue and fix it promptly. I'm at a stage of my life where I appreciate expertise in other people and Todd showed that he was the right man for the job.
