I had used Mr. Sprinkler in the past, but stopped in 2019and went with another company. Thought I would try them again. The Technician for on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I think the service call fee of $80.00 to be high, and the overall cost high. Plus, there is a 3.5% "convivence" fee for a credit card (which is not advised prior to the arrival of Technician or completion of the work.

Gabriel Tapia was very helpful with our issue today. We had standing water and we did not know exactly where it was coming from. He pumped it out for us and found that our water meter was not working so he could not complete his task. He very nicely stated that they would be able to come back when the meter got repaired and we would not be charged a service call.
