I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the service! Mike B is definitely an asset to the company! He took the time to explain what he was doing. He had the upmost respect and patience with this 80 year old! If you ever tried to teach an 80 year old how to use a different remote you will know what i am saying! Bravo to Mike B! He would be welcome to do service calls at my apartment anytime!
