Jay was wonderful. I so appreciated his patience with dealing with my 89 year old mother. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful in dealing with our cable issues! He was thorough and helpful in all areas of concerns. He definitely is an exemplary employee and a pleasure to deal with!
