Lori was very patient and tried to resolve our problem by guiding me through problem solving over the phone. When that didn’t work, she said she would have a technician come by today to diagnose the issue and fix it if possible. She provided everything you can expect of a customer service representative and is an asset to your company.
I would like to highly compliment Laura who provided my customer service today. She was absolutely wonderful! Her demeanor, knowledge and professionalism are to be commended and made my experience with Service Electric made me realize why I am grateful to have this company for my cable and internet. If there is an award that can be given to employees for going above and beyond, Laura deserves this award.
