I would like to highly compliment Laura who provided my customer service today. She was absolutely wonderful! Her demeanor, knowledge and professionalism are to be commended and made my experience with Service Electric made me realize why I am grateful to have this company for my cable and internet. If there is an award that can be given to employees for going above and beyond, Laura deserves this award.

I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Laura S on August 30, 2024 during our conversation she was so polite, knowledgeable, compassionate, and just an overall beautiful soul.
