Appreciated the following: the text letting me know they were on the way, and the name of the team leader;; politeness and courteousness of all team members; team's plan of action; and completion in timely manner. Most of all I appreciated how professional they were. They even spoke with a neighbor to obtain permission to go into their yard. And Safety! In fifteen years of having tree guys come, I have never observed this level of attention to safety. This safety aspect left me feeling more comfortable. All in all, they were the most professional group I have ever encountered. Have already recommended them to friends. Nate was outstanding.
