I have lived in the area just one week and overnight suspected poisoning or GI blockage in my 2-year-old Schnauzer. She is being treated for pancreatitis. I was beyond pleased with my entire experience, even when I broke down at checkout. Professional, friendly and helpful front desk. Dr. Oliver and the vet techs did a great job explaining all procedures to me, including upfront estimates of each individual charge. Dr. Oliver clearly explained treatment options to me and allowed me to drive the treatment plan. She gave me multiple options and explained them well. The only negative for me was dealing with other people’s pets, as they were unaware of my stress leve, my dog’s illness and anxietyl and inattentive to their pets’ behavior. The reception staff removed a dog from the lobby so I could arrange payment by phone. Carolina Ranch came highly recommended (Jatana Clevenger and Maple) and I was not disappointed.
