I sent an email letting the company know that I needed salt and how much I needed. I got a call a little bit later just confirming everything including the number of salt bags to be delivered, and then easily paid for the transaction with my card saved on file. They gave me the window for which I should expect the delivery to take place. The day of the delivery, I got a call 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the scheduled window, from James the service delivery person. He foreshadowed that he would be there at 11:00 and he was here just a little after. He was genial and courteous as I showed him where to put the salt. And he even put up with my small talk about it being a beautiful day and how he's going to get a workout coming up and down my stairs. He can play to the job quickly and let us know that he was completed with the job. I was tied at my desk for work and was able to holler at him letting him know that I said thanks. He verified that we had a card on file and I let him know we already paid. Overall, great service and what I expected
