My driveway is really long, steep, and slippery with ice and James had to climb it today with all my salt since the snow plow hasn’t come yet! He did so without any hesitation and was super nice and upbeat the whole time even though I felt so bad! Then he happily carried my salt into my basement, filled it, and showed me how it worked. Nicest guy ever and seriously such a professional.
