We are a salt delivery customer. James, who delivered our order, did a great job. He called to let us know when he was coming. He said it would be 5-10 minutes and it was that. He asked how we wanted red out mixed in and having told him he let me know before leaving exactly how he did it. He was friendly but worked to get it done quickly. At the end we had a question about the regeneration cycle which he replied to with precision. Simply a great experience.
