Greg came out to look at my water softener which I did not think was working. He tested my water, went down in the basement and looked at my softener system. All it had to have done was to be reset and set to a different schedule so it wasn't running in the middle of the day. I thought I was going to have to get a whole new system and wasn't even close! My $2,000 job I thought I was going to have to do, ended up costing me $79.95. SO glad I called them!!
