The job took the whole day to do. I got an education on the process. I also received instructions on how the equipment works and the best way to maintain the equipment. I am so glad I have a well head sticking out of the ground now. I never had that before. How would I rate the price? I wouldn't know since I'm new to having a well. I just wanted to get it taken care of before I had an issue with this old well pump. Sometimes, peace of mind is not cheap.

We found Blue Heron to be very prompt and their price was very accurate with no hidden “I gotcha’s” or “low balling”. The members of their staff who came to install our service were very courteous, thorough with their explanation of the operation of the water system, as well as very efficient in the installation. We will need a new holding tank in the near future and we will certainly call Blue Heron for our services. Even though we live in New Jersey, we found them very knowledgeable of New Jersey regulations and requirements for water systems. I would highly recommend them

Did a feild water test the hardness level is 26 grains hard I detected no iron in the water. Their pH level is 7.4 TDS is 322. We didn’t install the softener or the neutralizer customer told me it’s been five years since they serviced their neutralizer and it’s only halfway full I didn’t wanna touch it because I didn’t want to mix the media. I explained everything they need to know about the neutralizer for them to keep an eye on it. Took basic water test at kitchen sink. They are going to test hard because I just put their softener in a regeneration cycle to clean the media off because he just put more salt in the brain tank.
Installation of a 2 tank PFAS reduction system.
Install a chlorine injection system with a ChemTech series 100 injection pump and a 35 gallon solution tank. We installed a Chemtech chlorinator pump. 5 gallons of chlorine and 30 gallons of water. I have it set to 100%. It may take 1-5 days to take effect.
- Install an *GPM UV Sterilization light w/alarm - Install a whole house 4 x 20 sediment filter housing with a carbon insert cartridge - Replace existing well pumping system with a Grundfos constant pressure system. The system consists of: CU301 variable frequency drive Stainless steel manifold package 4.4 Gallon Well Extrol well tank SQE series Grundfos submersible pump, 1HP 10 GPM and TBD. We are assuming 305' of new well wire and that the well pipe is rigid. Rigid pipe requires use of our boom truck. The old well tank will be removed and disposed of properly.

Clack products have a five year limited manufacturers warranty and our workmanship is warrantied for 90 days. ATS lights have a limited one year warranty. UV bulbs and sleeves are not warrantied. AFTER JOB SUMMARY: - Installed new 33 gal well tank and replaced tee assembly. - installed single PFAS reduction system with bypass options. - Installed 48k clack ws1 softening control valve with bypass options and a pre filter to prevent sediment build-up for fewer maintenance issues. -Installed new GDS-8 Ultra-Violet germicidal lamp and checked all settings as well as went over the whole setup with the client. Tested their water and the water is soft so Softner Is working properly. Sediment filter is very clean hardly any sediment. All time clocks are set correctly. All good.
Ph: 7.2 Hardness: water tested hard at numbers 140gpg and above, water turns into soap like suds as soon as it hits the sink. The water is clear in glass. Customer has a -13x54” acid neutralizer tank with a Fleck 5600sxt series control valve, -9x48” water softener also with a Fleck 5600sxt series valve, Water tested extremely hard. Numbers were above 140gpg. Field testing stopped due to low reagent. Ph is within recommended range. Checked all cycles in both systems, neither is operating as intended. Both struggle to change cycles. Will be in touch with recommended solutions and properly sized equipment. Customer is a former H2o Base client who is the company that installed the system.

Diagnosed irrigation well for pump not working. The sub drive 150 was flashing 2 red lights which indicates low voltage. The driver has 240v coming into the driver. 0v going out to the pump. The driver needs to be replaced. It is a sub drive 150 The well pump is a 3hp 3phase 230v well pump.
Customer needs a new quote for a replacement for jet pump double pipe and another quote for a submersible changeover half horsepower 115 V pump is from 1994 it is buried
