The job took the whole day to do. I got an education on the process. I also received instructions on how the equipment works and the best way to maintain the equipment. I am so glad I have a well head sticking out of the ground now. I never had that before. How would I rate the price? I wouldn't know since I'm new to having a well. I just wanted to get it taken care of before I had an issue with this old well pump. Sometimes, peace of mind is not cheap.
I was pleased with the work done by the technicians today. They put in the modern water softener and there is a lot less to go wrong with it. The owner John is easy to work with and understanding.
Both Tommy and Jason came to check out why my water pressure is so low. Both of these men exhibited confidence and knowledge of the issues I had. I was given some expert advice and was offered many options. These gents were very experienced. I learned a lot from them and they made me feel comfortable with my options. We found Blue Heron to be very prompt and their price was very accurate with no hidden “I gotcha’s” or “low balling”. Requested proposal to dig up current leaking frost pump and repair/ replace. Possibly remove. Tank tee damaged from leak. Contact client to discuss options if need be. See Jason with any questions.
Well head is marked with white paint. It may be under the pavers also.
Dug a up the Pitless adapter and found that the threads were rotted out and the o ring was shot. We replaced the Pitless adapter and removed all galvanized material and replaced with stainless steel.

Install a 1.5 cubic foot Katalox based iron filtration system with a WS1AIO valve (air injection) and 1" Clack bypass valves.
Customers water is currently soft and pH is 7.5. Well tank is severely water logged. Needs replacement asap. Please send proposal. Installed pitiless, raised casing, and connected lateral line.
Replace existing 33 gallon well tank with a new WR120 unit. Remove and dispose of old unit.
We replaced the pressure switch and gauge. The pressure switch contacts were burnt and the gauge was broken. Softener is not working. We added customer supplied salt to the brine tank because it was empty. Also, reprogrammed time on the control valve Pretreatment Hardness- 20gpg Post treatment Hardness-13 TDS-262 Iron-0 Ph-8.0 After RO TDS-35

Her PH was 8.3 . She has a Softner but it’s not working only bc she has no salt told her to buy more then we can put the system back on line. She also has a 4x 20 sediment filter.
