Water pressure was back up when I got there went through a system check everything out maybe a pressure switch got stuck. Told customer to let us know if it happens again.
Replace existing WX302 well tank complete with a new stainless steel tank T assembly. Remove and dispose of old well tank.
Install a Grundfos CU301 constant pressure system with an SQE series 230V submersible well pump, stainless steel manifold package, WX102 4.4 gallon well tank. New flat jacket insulated well wire is required and included. Replace existing water softener with a 48,000 grain Clack metered unit, complete with brine tank and all associated fittings.
Jet Pump to submersible pump conversion. - Excavate at the well head to install a 1" stainless steel pitless adapter. - Install a 1/2 HP 10 GPM 230V 2 wire SS submersible pump with new 160PSI black pipe and 12/2 flat wire/cable with a ground. - Install a new 12/2 wire in the lateral line conduit currently used with the 2 pipe jet pump - Remove and dispose of old jet pump. - Install new fittings as required to tie into the existing well tank
Replace existing pumping system with a Grundfos constant pressure system using a variable frequency drive (CU301) and an SQE series well pump. Install a 4.4 gallon well tank on a stainless steel manifold and replace the well wire with12/2 flat jacket.
Install a 2 x 10 American Plumber or Pentair 2 x 10 filter housing w/bracket, wrench and 30 micron cartridge (x2).
Install a 64,000 grain Clack regenerative and metered water softener complete with brine tank, by-pass valves, drain line and all associated fittings. Provide (5) bags of solar salt. Install a Pioneer whole house carbon block system for removal of PFOS, cyst viruses, lead and other inorganics/organics. Install a new 44 gallon Well Rite pneumatic well tank complete with a stainless steel tank T assembly (pressure relief valve, boiler drain, pressure gauge, check valve and gauge). Remove and dispose of the old tank. Install a 20 gallon wr60 well tank in the pool house, remove and dispose of old unit Install a GDS8 UV light with a 2 x 10 pre filter Provide all labor, equipment and materials for completion of the work. Blue Heron Water technicians are Water Quality Association certified installers. Install a new Clack regenerative neutralizer with a WS1 filter valve. Provide appropriate media based on field sampling at time of installation. For purposes of this estimate we are a
Install a 48,000 grain Clack metered water softener with a WS1 filter valve, by-pass vales, drain line and brine tank. Provide the first 200# of solar salt. Program filter valve based on hardness value as tested prior to installation.
Install a Clack iron filtration system with 1.5 cubic feet of Katalox iron removal media. Provide all media, bypass valves and drain line to complete the installation.
Installation of a Clack Acid Neutralizer and replace water softener with a Clack 48K Water Softener
- Install a 1Hp 230V Myers stainless steel submersible well pump - Install a 230V Pentair PID (variable frequency drive) controller - Install a stainless steel manifold package - Install a WX102 buffer tank - Remove and dispose of old well tank, replumb existing as required for installation of the manifold package
Raise wellhead by welding approximately 5' of 6" steel casing. Install a new pitless adapter and well cap. Extract and replace 2 wire 230V 1/2 HP 10GPM submersible well pump and replace well wire. Estimated wire length125' and subject to change. Wire is billed on a linear foot basis. Inspect well pipe when it is extracted and advise on the condition.
