I've been a Reynolds customer for...has to be over 21 years. Never a problem. Always courteous, prompt, and helpful with advice. I started with salt in the softener, then switched to potassium. When the price of the potassium was going to go up, they called and asked if I wanted to switch back to salt, which I did. Have only had to replace the softener once, years ago. I miss Brandon, tho!!(my old delivery guy)
