To Don, Matt and the Reynolds Water team, thank you so much for the new water softener. Over the last two and a half years we've lived with our water sometimes being hard. At times the water was fine, at other times it was rough on our skin and our clothes and sheets just didn't feel very good. When we bought the house, we knew the existing softener was showing signs of aging, but we needed to wait to be able to afford a good softener. The new softener is great! What a treat to have consistently soft water!! I dumped all my socks into the laundry to have them washed with the new water:) And thanks for your friendly and professional service. My wife even commented on how positive the Reynolds folks were and how comfortable she was having them in the house. Thank you!
