Replaced failed window seals for our client today. Seals showed condensation between panes. Carefully removed exterior stops to access glass. Installed new double-sealed insulated glass units with warm-edge spacer technology. Applied appropriate setting blocks and glazing tape for proper positioning. Reinstalled stops with correct torque sequence. Units now have clear visibility and improved thermal performance without fog or condensation between panes.
