The gentleman that did the sash replacement was nice. My major concern is he noticed other windows that needed sash replacements which we agreed with. He told us he would order the sashes from Anderson. He measured the windows to order the replacement sashes. I have no idea if he ordered them. It's been almost a month. We would like to know when they will ship? I have no idea who to call to get an update. Any name and number so I can follow up would be greatly appreciated.
