Home renovations can be a stressful yet rewarding experience. Initially, I had concerns about the process, etc. However, my installer made it worthwhile. Chester Norwood, the installer, walked me through the process to make me feel at ease. He certainly was the epitome of great customer service! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him a 12. He takes pride in his work. It was obvious because individuals passing through the neighborhood began inquiring about the meticulous work being done. Chester, you're the best in my opinion!
