The windows are nice. The single biggest complaint I have is that it took over 5 months to get them manufactured and installed. The only ongoing communication had to be initiated by myself. Additionally, we were told the installers would not need to enter the house. Also not true. This prevented us from ensuring everything was out of the war when they had to work inside. Overall I give the windows a 4 out of 5 and the service 2 out of 5
