JOSE REVOLLO - Above & Beyond Service

Jose came to my house at 6pm and looked at the leaking disposal unit. He concluded after an hour there were several problems with the pipe fittings and mounting structure. He dissembled the whole system and then drove to a hardware store at 9pm to get a fitting in order for the new mount to work. He could have bent the other hoses to fit, but chose to do the job right. Jose was respectful and professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. A great asset to MyPlumber.

Smaart and tenacious team

The technissnas newver gave up. They managed to fix our heating systeme by removing dead birds which were obsucteung the furnace vent. Great job

Emergency Response

Technician was dispatched late in the day, from another job a considerable distance away. A very personable individual and despite the late hour of the day worked until he was able to clear the problem. Follow-up action was also established. Upon arrival customer stated outdoor unit is not working. Diagnose and find condensate pump lock out the outer unit, Change the Condensate pump and system is running but stop cooling , Find compressor is overheat trying to cool down but it’s still heat up.advice customer to turn back on after 3 hours. System pressure is good.

DROVE FROM VA TO MD AT 630 on a Sunday and not finish call until 8pm. SET UP CIT WARRANTY ON LISA MEYERS AND 1904271127SSB Arrived to find water damage in ceiling directly below master toilet and about 5-8 foot directly in front of it leading to hallway under wall. Upstairs around toilet was dry after being cleaned up but carpet in hallway was still wet. Area is not under where we worked and looks like toilet had overflowed. Reccommended contacting insurance company and taking pictures, setting up fans and dehumidifiers upstairs and calling Servpro to prevent damage.

Inspected bottom floor gas furnace (older Lennox furnace) to find burnt capacitor not allowing blower motor to cut on. Replaced with new 7.5 MFD capacitor and fan is now running for both a/c and heat cycle. System is working properly.

Found a/c unit not coming on due to broken connection on control board not allowing 24v to reach a/c unit. Repaired wiring to allow system to run properly. Secured all loose connections to ensure no future issues, system is now cooling home.

Performed HSP maintenance on a/c systems. Checked heating components on both gas furnaces and checked amp draw on both blower and inducer motors. Checked static psi on both a/c units(systems are at proper charge) and amp draw on both condenser motors and compressors. Cleaned dryer vent to prevent lint from reaching condenser coils. Systems are in great condition.
