Upon arrival customer stated outdoor unit is not working. Diagnose and find condensate pump lock out the outer unit, Change the Condensate pump and system is running but stop cooling , Find compressor is overheat trying to cool down but it’s still heat up.advice customer to turn back on after 3 hours. System pressure is good.
