I called My Plumber Heating and cooling mid morning on Tuesday and had a great experience with Jennifer my initial contact.she was respectful, repeated all info for accuracy and was personable and pleasant. I received a call within an hour from the scheduler informing me that a technician would be at my home within 45 mins, which was the case. Zam was also very personable, polite, placed shoe coverings on shoes when entering and exiting our home, made contact with my dog and then proceeded to our business. He educated me regarding the reason for my two issues, and took care of them both in a timely manner. I felt comfortable leaving Zam in my home while I went to purchase a bathroom faucet. Zam cleaned up around the two work areas, asked me to go and check his work alone and then asked whether I was satisfied. He also told me about Moen’s life time warrantee which I was unfamiliar with. I immediately referred My plumber to my neighbor as Zam was preparing to leave. I will definitely use this company for all future plumbing needs(and perhaps electrical ones in the future.) Thank you as a company for outstanding service. It certainly is great when the whole system appears to work!

Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater, five gallon expansion tank, 24’ aluminum pan,tow balls valves , tested everything working properly no leaks. PSI 80. THIS JOB WAS SOLD BY HVAC. ALSO I QOUTED TO REPLACED PRV 3/4’’ AND BATTERY BACKUP FOR $2500 AS BUNDLE ONLY. CUSTOMER WILL CALL BACK WHEN HE IS READY TO TO IT. TWO YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY AND FIVE YEARS ON THE TANK
RTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! RTS!!!!!!!!!!AC is not cooling properly. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical components, checked drain line and drain pan and checked the charge. Noticed inside coil is frozen up and outside system is filthy. So I turn the fan on and shut the system off to melt the ice and I chemically washed outside condenser coils. Then checked the charge and I noticed system is low on charge so I informed customer regarding the issues and quote her for Repair and options for replacement due to the age and conditions of the system. She wants to go with temporary fix which is just add Freon and then schedule for comfort consultant. Added 3lb R410 to get enough pressure and temperature . System is cooling now. We schedule on Monday 06/24/2019 at 9:00 Am for comfort consultant.
Condensation line was improperly hooked up by installer, condensation line was coming undone and leaking water onto his basement. Threaded on new male adapter leading to a barbed pex fitting, and added a hose clamp.
Arrived to residence due to no AC. During inspection noticed evaporator coil frozen and drain pan full of water. The system was low on charge causing coil to freeze.
I filled system to factory specifications with R410a. System is operating normal at this time and cooling with a 20 degree delta t and 9 degree Subcool. Thanks for your business

Upstairs master bathroom water closet is leaking. To stop leaking water closet a wax ring will be installed. As a courteous to a teacher. Tech tightened all parts to the water closet that was put in by the customer father. Customer is interested in remodeling the master bathroom. Customer would like a estimate for that. There are no leaks.
