Valley Plumbing has been my go to since I moved to this home 4 years ago. Disposal, water heater, etc., and I’ve never had a problem with anyone who came in my home. Always respectful, always helpful with explanations of the problem… until today. Guy’s shirt said Gordon, this review request is calling him Ritchie, so that’s a bit troubling. Before he really took a look at anything or started explaining the process to find the leaky pipe he was called out for, he told me I’d need to call disaster cleanup and tried selling me a ten year service plan for $350. I had to say point blank that I wanted an estimate before I wanted to talk about anything beyond that When I asked questions, he wasn’t very helpful with his answers and I had to ask for a lot of clarification. He paid no mind to letting the door to our garage slam every time he walked through it (this is a triplex, so that was a bother to me while I worked from home, and probably any neighbors who were home. I’ll call valley again in the future, because I really hope that this cringeworthy experience was an aberration.

Had to disconnect water lines from shower and install isolation valves for hot and cold lines Install pex water lines and pex ball valves Also customer drain line under tub do to they are removing tub and shower And replacing floor do to water damage.
Cut out quest manifold behind washer and dryer in wall cold side Installed new pex manifold and tied into existing quest piping in crawl space Used shark bites to transition from pex to guest. No warranty on these fittings I will give a 1 year parts and labor warranty on my pex fitting and pipe. Filled and bled air out of system All checks good Left wash machine disconnected do to customer is going to get a new one tomorrow

Water line repair from poly to well pump with 1” galvanized pipe. Connection made to existing pitless adapter. After repair made pitless gasket failed and leaked. Went to local hardware store and purchased repair parts for pitless and replaced gasket. No leaks at this time. Warranty is on galvanized pipe repair only for 2 years. Unused material is 1x12 nipple and 1” coupling. Transfer to truck stock.

Came back to complete work. Pulled and cleaned blower motor and tested operation. All wiring ok, outdoor wiring ok, elec components in spec, verified refrigerant charge, system back online, 21F delta T. Work complete.
Arrived with parts and replaced failed blower motor and 10mfd capacitor. Tested operation. Cycled fan several times, ran in heat and ac mode. All checks ok, system returned to service. We appreciate your business. Have a great day!!!
Customer stated that the drain for washing machine was stopped up, alsjo toilet and tub were clogged,so I snaked the drain for the washing machine, 42 ft, pulled out spegetti out of the drain, customer said she put spegetti down the garbage disposal, so I snaked from kitchen sink clean out,, snaked several times pulling out more spegetti, continued, snaking but drains were still not clear, finally the drains cleared, toilets flushing, tub drain clear and kitchen sink clear, recommended camera video inspection to check drain.
Installed sump pump w/ battery backup, 50 gal electric wh, and main shutoff valve. Previous sump pump was discharging illegally into main stack, re-round to exit side of house.
