During today’s visit, performed maintenance and inspection on one furnace unit. Changed filter. Inspected flue pipe and ductwork. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and burner compartments. Inspected blower capacitor. Inspected flame sensor, igniter, pressure switch, and burners. Performed ignition sequence on the furnace and inspected flames. inspected temperature heat rise, which is in the ideal range. The system is functioning normally at this time. Inspected outdoor unit for abnormal noises. I was unable to duplicate any abnormal noises at this time. Inspected outdoor unit electrical components. There was a slight rattle on one of the outdoor unit panels. I was able to reduce the noise by loosening the panel screw and then tightening back up. Customer is concerned about airflow to one of the back corner bedrooms. I advised customer that the back corner bedroom is susceptible to temperatures that will be cooler in the winter time and warmer in the summertime due to the duct
