2 system CCM- Checked heating operations of Upstairs 2019 Carrier and Main level 2019 Carrier furnaces. Replaced 2 customer provided 16x25x5 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Brushed burners, and cleared drain line. Systems are operating properly at this time. I did notice on both systems the coil drains for the air conditioning does not contain safety float switch’s (could prevent water damage), tenants are also complaining about dust issues, and with systems being furnaces I’m also going to recommend carbon monoxide detectors on both floors.
