Inspected ductwork. inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and coil compartments. there is mold and mildew buildup inside the blower compartment. Photo attached. Recommend ultraviolet lighting to combat the buildup. Estimate sent the customer. Inspected blower amp draws. Inspected temperature Heat rise in normal heat mode. Inspected functionality of auxiliary heat strips. Inspected outdoor unit. Electrical components. All measurements are within specifications And the system is functioning normally at this time.
