Building C had all 4 thermostats set to cool mode. I set all thermostats to 68 degrees in heat mode. The two units servicing the leftside(from main door) are heating. The unit above locker 2064 has a hard short in the low voltage with a blown fuse and is currently not operating, the thermostat is being powered only by the back up batteries. The other left side unit is not operating the heat pump in heat mode. There is a disconnect in the off position for a heat pump on the left side of the building that needs further diagnosis before restoring power to confirm safe operation of the unit. Building B has 4 systems all thermostats were set to cool mode. I set all thermostats to 68 in heat mode. None of the 4 units in this building are operating correctly. The front left units heat pump is making a noise and failing to start the compressor. I have that thermostat set on emergency heat and set down to 58 degrees. The front right unit is not getting 24v power to the thermostat. The two b
