3 system PM 2nd visit- Checked heating operations of Main level 2017 Rheem 90% and Upstairs 2017 Rheem 80% furnaces. Customer will be changing the 2-16x25x5 filters(bring next visit), Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. Checked operations of Basement 2020 Rheem heat pump/air handler. Replaced the 16x20x1 filter, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat, Triggered safety switches and defrost mode, Checked delta T, and cleared drain line. Systems are operating properly at this time
