2000 Ruud Heat pump/air handler not working because of a shorted Transformer indicating a low voltage short. Customer decided to approve the BETTER option with transformer replacement and repairs. I found short at thermostat because wiring was incorrect(customer recently installed it). I made repairs and system is now working properly. 14x20x1, pics uploaded.
