Great experience. In dealing with John
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Comfort Solutions tech Chris. He was friendly, professional, and through.
Tech left sump pump unplugged, no A/C after a few days. Had to figure that out myself. This after spring maintenance and over $400 fan motor replacement this week!
Response from Comfort Solutions:
We sincerely apologize about this. The tech had unplugged the sump pump to charge his battery and made the error of forgetting to plug it back in. This was a case of human error. Please call us if you have any issues. We will come back and rectify the situation no matter the time. We strive to ensure our customer's are completely satisfied and happy with our services and we do apologize for this issue.
The technician (Dennis, You Rock!) that arrived was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone.
I found Comfort Solutions through a family recommendation. They are absolutely amazing from the first call into the office to the job completion. We were with a big name company, that you hear on the radio, but after a couple of expensive recommendations and finding out things that Comfort Solutions includes on their yearly maintenance plan, that the big company wanted extra for, we are 'firing' the big company and switching to comfort Solutions. They truly have been a blessing and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.

Was able to get heat on and running, although will need some repairs made to system. One of the ducts has completely broke loose from plenum, will need to repair 8” duct that’s broken, also the flue pipe venting has come loose at the roof and fell down. Boot for pipe has come apart and isn’t holding seal anymore. Will need to replace flue pipe venting from furnace through the roof and install new boot and roof cap. Will be sending estimates for repair.
