Tech left sump pump unplugged, no A/C after a few days. Had to figure that out myself. This after spring maintenance and over $400 fan motor replacement this week!

We sincerely apologize about this. The tech had unplugged the sump pump to charge his battery and made the error of forgetting to plug it back in. This was a case of human error.
