This location has 12 unit’s total. I completed diagnostic on 4 of the 12 units. We will come back Monday to finish diagnostic and to complete the estimate for repairs.units 1,2,7&8 were tested today. Unit 7 has A bad compressor and a refrigerant leak(breaker is off for the outdoor unit and thermostat is set in heat). Unit 8 need the common wire wired to the thermostat and neeeds the outdoor coil cleaned( recommend seasonal maintenance). Units 1 is low on refrigerant charge and I recommend a leak search. Unit 2 needs the condenser coil cleaned and refrigerant charge checked after cleaning. All systems tested above are air handlers with straight ac units and electric heat only.systems are functioning correctly in heat mode for the way the units were installed.
