We completed a twelve system maintenance. We checked the amp draw on the blower motors and electric heat strips. We checked the blower motor capacitors and checked all safeties. Set all thermostats to heat mode and set temperature to 64 degrees. We confirmed proper sequence of operation. We did replace all 1” filters we could.We will need to order filters for the units with odd sizing. System are currently operating in heat mode. Just a reminder these units are electric heat only. This is is not as effective and efficient at heating the space like a correct heat pump would be. The systems will struggle in lower temperatures and will cause high energy consumption for this property.
