Performed 3 system heating maintenance. 2 heat pumps and 1 natural gas furnace. Checked 2-16x20x6 and 1-20x25x5 media filters and they are still in good condition. Checked all components for air handlers, checked capacitor for heat pump. Checked heat pump operation. Cleaned flame sensor for gas furnace, checked blower amperage and heat exchanger. Both heat pump systems operating properly as well as natural gas furnace. No issues with systems at this time.
