Just finished up a Routine Maintenance & Tune up on a Goodman Natural Gas Furnace that we installed 7 years ago in the Bear Delaware area. Everything pointed towards a string and healthy unit! After a quick wipe down, you’d think it was fresh out of the box. There was a small leak by the inducer motor, but some hi-temp silicone did the trick.
