Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 26 year-old train natural gas fired furnace in the Bear Delaware area. Did find some major concerning problems, including a cracked heat exchanger, which is no Bueno! I’m just glad we caught this problem before it got any bigger and posed actual danger to the family involved. We will be reaching out shortly to give for options on what he can do next.
