Just finished up a routine, maintenance and tuneup on a 90% Goodman natural gas fired furnace in the Bear Delaware area. Noticed that the furnace was overheating when I was getting my readings and later found out that most of the registers were closed on the downstairs. On top of that they were a few more recommendations that I may to the client regarding the overheating of the unit. And I also noticed a leak coming from one of the fittings on the exhaust vent piping. We discussed solutions and plans of attack and will be back to conquer these tasks.
