Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 12-year-old carrier, natural gas fire furnace in Delaware city, Delaware. Everything was looking fine functional definitely starting so a little age though. Efficiency rating is down a bit and I see some rust spots but nothing to be alarmed about yet.
