Just performed a routine maintenance and tuneup on a seven-year-old Goodman gas fired furnace in the Dover Delaware area. This is the first maintenance they have ever had and it definitely needed a good wipe down and cleaning. Other than that, everything was looking pretty darn good and I trust that this unit will give them many more seasons of comfort.
