Just performed routine maintenance is in tuneups on two units for one home. One was a Goodman natural gas fire furnace that we installed last year. And one was a Bryant installed in 2008 by another company. The Goodman look perfectly fine after a quick gas pressure adjustment and good wipe down, everything was looking great. We have some airflow issues we have to resolve but that’s for another appointment. The Bryant had the wrong size capacitor, and gas pressure was super high.
