Just finished up doing routine maintenance and tuneups on two Goodman natural gas fired furnaces that we installed four years ago in the Middletown Delaware area. Everything was looking perfect for both units and need to know adjustment just a quick wipe down and to make sure all levels were reporting towards a health unit. On the downstairs unit, I did find a small condensate leak from the exhaust flue piping. This client purchased 10 year parts and labor warranty so this will be completely covered and at no cost to them! Will be back within a week to get that done fixed for them.
