Just completed a routine, maintenance and tuneup on a five year old carrier, natural gas furnace in Middletown, Delaware. Through testing I figured out that the income and gas pressure was very low, after trying to adjust it through the regulator, I realized that they have an issue with their income and gas pressure as a whole. I informed the client to contact their gas company to get this all situated. Everything else so perfect and all signs point towards a very healthy unit!
