Just performed a routine, maintenance and tuneup on to natural gas fire furnaces in the Middletown Delaware area. One is an American standard that we put in about eight years ago and the other one is a York that was put in about 18 years ago. Everything was working fine for both units but deafly had some recommendations for both as well. Some additional maintenance is required, in my eyes, but like I said, everything is working.
