Just performed a routine maintenance and tuneup on a two system home in Middletown, Delaware. Both systems were installed by us, one in 2018 and one last February. The American standard heat pump that we installed in 2018 was still standing great just needed both the indoor and outdoor capacitors swapped out. Client purchased 10 year parts and labor warranty, so this was covered completely. And the Goodman natural gas fire furnace that we installed last year is looking spectacular!
