Just performed a routine maintenance and tuneup on a two unit house. One was a heat pump and one was a natural gas, furnace, both by American standard. We installed both of these units in 2018 and they have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We found two capacitors that needed to be replaced, completely free of charge!
