Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 13 year-old Goodman gas fired furnace in the Newcastle Delaware area. Showing some signs of aging, but overall the unit is still standing strong. Gave the client a few recommendations based on some things that I saw, nothing out of the ordinary.
