Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a Goodman natural gas fired unit that we installed five years ago and the Newark Delaware area. Everything looked perfectly fine, the only nitpick I had was I recommended a blower wheel cleaning in the next year or so due to some buildup. But nothing major at all, unit is still running strong!
