Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 16 year-old Trane natural gas furnace located in the Wilmington Delaware area. This is the first time we’ve been able to see this unit and considering the age everything looked pretty darn good! The blower capacitor was very low so the client decided to swap that out. After a good cleaning, everything was as it should be.
