Just finished a routine maintenance and tuneup on a Goodman natural gas fired furnace that we installed last year in the Wilmington Delaware area. Everything with the unit looks spectacular, of course, and only needed a good wipe down and vacuum vacuuming. All levels pointed towards a very healthy unit, and you should expect years and years of comfortable winters with that one! While doing my maintenance, I observed that the water heater has been leaking and has some rust spots. Recommend replacing down the line, not necessarily immediately.
